Report an issue

If AI FileSorter shows an error, closes unexpectedly, fails to sort or rename files, or any feature behaves unexpectedly, please send a report with the details below. The diagnostic bundle is optional, but it helps us understand what happened much faster.

Before you submit (Optional, but helpful)

Open the quick diagnostics guide and run the script for your operating system.
Attach the redacted zip file it creates, named like aifs-windows-diagnostics-YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS-redacted.zip.
Attach a screenshot if the error window or unexpected result is visible.

If you cannot run the script, still submit the form with your operating system, the exact error text, and what you were doing when it happened.
